BIO

Behind the Words

I’m a journalist and content producer specializing in sports and culture, with a focus on women’s basketball and the evolving landscape of sports media. My work explores the intersection of athletics, business, and social impact—covering everything from WNBA media rights and salary equity to the rise of women’s sports viewership and brand partnerships. I’ve profiled standout athletes like Alexa Charles, Hunter College’s all-time leading scorer, and covered milestone moments such as the New York Liberty Championship Parade, capturing the momentum behind a new era in women’s sports.

With a background in multimedia storytelling, I produce both editorial and video content—interviewing athletes on camera, scripting feature pieces, and using data visualization to break down key trends in revenue growth, viewership, and digital reach. I currently work with Hunter College Athletics as a Sports Information Assistant, where I develop content campaigns, produce social-first visuals, and cover live events across the school’s athletic programs.

In addition to my work in sports media, I support the National MS Society as a lead volunteer for its high-profile fundraising events, including the Dinner of Champions and Race Against MS. Through this role, I’ve contributed to large-scale event execution, donor engagement, and storytelling efforts that help drive awareness and community around a cause that resonates deeply with me.

My experience also includes work with Musée Magazine, Frank PR, and A.L.C. Soho, where I’ve produced content at the intersection of fashion, culture, and media strategy. Whether I’m reporting courtside, building digital campaigns, or producing feature content, my goal is to deliver stories that inform, connect, and elevate underrepresented voices in sports and beyond.
